Davis caught eight passes for 201 yards and scored four touchdowns. He is the first player in NFL history to score four touchdowns in a single playoff game. He caught one touchdown pass in the second quarter, one in the third quarter and two in the final two minutes of regulation.
“[Allen] will always play with the ball in his hand.”Davis said after the game, “We have a lot of confidence and confidence in him. He’s the best quarterback in the NFL. And I care about that, and I know that when it’s time to do plays, I know he’ll be there to do them.”
First touchdown in the third quarter, with the facts down nine and need eternity.
Davis broke through the secondary leaders and fired a pass from quarterback Josh Allen, taking it 75 yards home and bringing the facts within two points of the lead.
Allen found Davis for the third time with just under 2:00 minutes to play in the four to give Buffalo their second lead of the game, and again found the end zone with 17 seconds to play, making it 36-33.
The Wideout finished the game with eight catches for 201 yards and four touchdowns.
The 22-year-old has 529 yards and six Touchdowns for the long season.
